We don’t want to look like we are little raccoons think about it we are human beings and looking like those cute little raccoons is not just for us. We need a good healthy diet, good sleep at least eight hours. No rubbing our eyes when we have allergy. That will cause bruising. In addition, don’t just rub in the creams or concealer. Gently pat them in. The creams will break down the blood buildup in our vessels. The eye has so many blood vessels it takes time to break down all that blood.
The creams just help with the break down faster. If you find that you still have dark circles in the morning when you wake after eight hours of restful sleep. I suggest taking cucumbers and thinly slice them place them on the eyes for ten minutes. It will help with the break down of the blood that is just sitting there waiting to be broken now naturally. If you don’t have time for all that in the morning then a light concealer will work under your makeup. Be careful under the eyes because it is a delicate skin around our eyes and we should take care of our skin.

Dark circles are so common with our stressful lives. With sleepless nights and stressed about family issues. It is a wonder why we have dark circles under our eyes. We are just asking for clotting of our blood vessels, which by the way causes the dark circles. It is actually blood that is not broken down that is the actual cause of the dark circles. Get a good night sleep. Is stress free just put all your stress aside before you go to bed? I suggest try yoga to clear your mind so you can sleep and get a full eight hours of sleep.
If you can’t seem to get rid of the stress then try to deal with anything that is bothering you before you try to get rest. It may work but then again it might bring up other issues. We don’t want to look like little raccoons in the morning so women put some night cream on your face and around our eyes before bedtime always seem to work for me. When using creams around our eyes don’t rub it in you will bruise the delicate skin around the eyes causing you to have dark circles. Pat the area until the cream is there.

This could be misleading but most people that dark circles under their eyes are from lack of sleep. A person needs about eight hours of sleep each night to be fully rested. Some have been known to say that an allergy is the cause of dark circles under your eyes. The bruising causes dark circles under your eyes. Your blood vessels around your eyes are so tiny that some of the blood is loose in your vessels and that is why dark circles from around your eyes because of any part of your skin, the facial skin is the easiest skin to bruise. In addition, once the blood breaks down the circles disappear.
The creams that we buy to make the dark circles disappear actually speed up the process of the blood breaking down and making the dark circles disappear faster. I went to a beauty class and they told all of there that tanning could cause the dark circles under your eyes darker. Now with this new knowledge I am still not sure if it is true or not. I know with creams it helps break down the blood and the blood dissipates faster, making the dark circles under your eyes lighter and eventually disappear.
