Preventing dark circles

Dark circles are so common with our stressful lives.  With sleepless nights and stressed about family issues.  It is a wonder why we have dark circles under our eyes.  We are just asking for clotting of our blood vessels, which by the way causes the dark circles.  It is actually blood that is not broken down that is the actual cause of the dark circles.  Get a good night sleep.  Is stress free just put all your stress aside before you go to bed?  I suggest try yoga to clear your mind so you can sleep and get a full eight hours of sleep.

If you can’t seem to get rid of the stress then try to deal with anything that is bothering you before you try to get rest.  It may work but then again it might bring up other issues.  We don’t want to look like little raccoons in the morning so women put some night cream on your face and around our eyes before bedtime always seem to work for me.  When using creams around our eyes don’t rub it in you will bruise the delicate skin around the eyes causing you to have dark circles.  Pat the area until the cream is there.
